My question before I went to sleep was: why has obesity become such a widespread problem? Especially in America? And what is the ideal diet?
Answers Through Revelation
The plant-based, whole foods diet is the best, but if the key ingredient is still missing, only minimal nutrition is accessible.
The amount of nutrition that is accessible for absorption, is directly proportional to how safe you see the environment to be. The pandemic of obesity, is the combined result of a poor diet and a perspective that sees the world as unsafe. The key ingredient to a healthy and well-nourished diet, is the recognition that wherever you are is a safe place, because your being is your sustenance.✶
