Question:
How long should a meditation (or ceremony) take?βΆ
The Seer:
In the event of doing meditations where the body is a vehicle to run the power wheels through, two things can slow the process down:
- If the practitioner has unresolved issues β particularly those which pertain to the issues for which the ceremony or meditation is being performed for. (The usual places where the wheels get stuck are in the joints.)
- If ages of suffering, or tyranny, or other forms of density are being processed β it feels like thick toothpaste being squeezed through the body) β breathe deeply and do self-examination as to what in yourself you need to let go of.
If a purification ceremony or meditation seems to take a long time, keep some perspective. Are you trying to change or enhance something in a very large group, how much time did one expect it to take? Surely even a whole day spent to do this, is worth spending?
