You are the eternal and unbiased caregivers of the Earth and her children, this ceremony must benefit all antagonists equally. It must restore peace by destructuring bigotry, greed, hate and the desire to damage the opposition, equally for all concerned.
The Seer

The Ceremony to Undo Sleeper Cells is a particular application of the Magical Gateways of the Angels protocol. There are countless possible applications, and after having experienced this one in the upcoming gathering, you’ll be able to use the Gateways for whatever you choose. Per the Seer, you can use this angelic protocol for something as simple as a food item, or as vast as a situation of war.
We Assemble the Space Together
The instructions below outline the steps to assemble the ceremonial space which, in this March gathering, we’ll do together. In other words, for this event, you do not create the space ahead of time. All that you do is have your printed and prepared downloads handy in the space that you’ll be laying (or sitting), along with the instructions, a blanket and pillow if you need these to stay warm, and maybe some water. You do not need the Angelgod names. Once the space is assembled, from the inside, you do not get out.
This is a stringent, regimented protocol and therefore we will create the ceremonial space together.
Seated Option
Technically, you can perform this ceremony seated. In this case, the center powerstack is below the base of the spine, while the feet stack is also by your feet. The “12 o’clock” of the rings is then straight ahead of you. However, you should only opt for the seated position if it’s really necessary. This scenario will not be addressed in the guidance.
Creating the Ceremonial Space
- At your position, assemble the inner ring/circle from the 24 Circular Tablets (12 pages of two), starting at “12 o’clock” (above your head when laying down), with the lowest numbers (tablets 1-2) in clockwise fashion, face up, distributed evenly and in order (ending at “11 o’clock”).
- Assemble the outer ring, around the inner ring, from the 24 Window Tablets, in the same way. You can create the outer ring from inside the inner ring, or by stepping out of the inner ring. But if you step outside, you must be on the inside of where the outer ring will be. (In other words, the outer ring cannot be assembled entirely outside of the ceremonial space.)
- While hearing the Seer call the names of the 24 Angelgod Leaders, assemble the center powerstack (that is to be placed behind your navel). First, at the very bottom, place the powerwheel titled, The Cosmic Template of Infinite Expression (AKA ‘The New Cosmic Template’).
- On top of the powerwheel place the stack of 24 Angel Square Tablets (12 pages of two). As always with ‘mini stacks’ in a powerstack, the lowest numbers are on top, in order, down to the highest numbers at the bottom.
- On top of the Angel Square Tablets, place the 24 Tablets of Self-Government (12 pages of two).
- Lie down over the center stack and continue to listen to the leaders’ names being spoken. When the names are complete, remain lying down, and take a few minutes to feel the angelic presences in the room around you.
- Get up and assemble the feet stack about 6–8″ (15-20 cm) below where your feet will be. First, at the very bottom, the Powerwheel of the One Life.
- On top of the powerwheel, place the 24 Plant Symbols (12 pages of two). Again, as always, the lowest numbers on top.
- On top of the plant symbols, stack the 24 Gates of Manifestation (singular, i.e. individually), in order. Gate 1 on top, Gate 24 on the bottom, touching the plant symbols.
- You are now ready to begin the ceremony. Lie back down over the center stack and get comfortable.
Disassembly
First dismantle the outer ring counterclockwise, then the inner ring. Then remove the feet stack and center stack.
