A Message From the Seer
My beloved Lightfamily,
The climate and social changes around us, could be very disconcerting unless we face them with the resilient strength of a master. The highly respected Apache shaman Grandfather Stalking Wolf, said: “we only feel extreme heat or cold when we resist it. It is our resistance response that causes us to experience it as a challenging hardship. When in surrendered trust we allow it to pass through us, we do not experience these extremes as hardship.”
In order to minimize your resistance response to whatever challenges life sends your way, use the subpersonality of your inner nurturer to support you through the experience.

Yesterday, the massive dust storm was but a portent of things to come. We are looking ahead at a summer of smoke pollution from many wildfires, more dust storms, extreme heat, drought and overpopulated cities of mentally imbalanced citizens as the next generation of drug users spills into the streets to vent their rage. Rely on your subpersonalities to provide you with a safe and supported balance to live a life of deep contented peace and grace.
(Seer’s Note: The bliss we have been able to periodically experience in the past, as our widened perception touched the face of eternity, eventually evolves into deep contentment.)
It may surprise you what contented peace can be yours with the regular expression of your inner personalities. Keep a self-soothing supply pack in your car from the nurturer: in summer heat you should have a few good face masks to remove airborne particulates that may impede breathing and damage lungs. Pack extra water and a cold pack like the ones used for injuries that don’t require refrigeration. Use cold packs on the back of the neck to cool down — this is needed especially if you have children. Use hibiscus tea and lots of water at home to stay cool. Stay out of the hottest hours of sun (noon to 2.00 o’ clock) and do outdoors work earlier in the day. (Use hats — sunstroke is a very unpleasant experience.)
Pack snacks like nuts, fruit and other comfort foods. Our go-to protein boosts at home, consists of carefully chosen nuts and dried fruits trailmix made daily. Store in non-plastic containers.
In extreme winters, blankets, and layers of comfy warm clothing make you feel cherished. Make your office space cosy with flasks of warm drinks, throw blankets and warm socks / slippers that hide out of sight under your desk, a supply of healthy protein bars and warm gloves or other hand warmers if needed. I carry a fire starter the size of a stick of gum, in my purse.
Depending on your environment, you may add a supply of pepper spray or bear spray, if it makes you feel more secure.
A time may come when you may not need any of these things, but for now let them be a comfort to you as a proxy for homeless people everywhere.

Thank You Dear Almine!
Thank you dearest Almine💖🤗🙏
My heart is shimmering with luminescence once again due to your generosity Almine. You are always caring and thinking ahead on tools for our comfort and grace. Last summer in Northwest Connecticut we had days that were so hot that you canceled the outdoor concert you were going to. Decided to stay home and stay out of the heat. In the reverse, we had a really cold long winter. I am going to shift my perceptions and work on your suggestions thank you so much..
Thank you Dear Almine and Rogier for posting this ‘check-list.’ Just like the motto of both the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides – “Be prepared”!
Love, Praise and Gratitude,
Much Love,
