For weeks now, I haven’t had barely any dream recall or none at all. This is very abnormal for me; I am usually a very avid, vivid dreamer. I feel that I am missing half my life with no dreams or recall. Is there a general explanation for this, or is it just me?

I too used to be such a vivid – dreaming in colour dreamer, often having prophetic dreams and kind of warnings – yet for the last number of years I also do not recall having any dreams whatsoever anymore. This had started to concern me somewhat, too, as I also am missing not dreaming or remembering my dreams anymore.

I have felt that I have possibly gone into black hole sleep beyond cognition โฅ๏ธ
