The Seer:
Humanity is not the first, nor shall it be the last physical, material being. It is an experiment — the use of density, the experience of density. The DNA of humanity has been created with a very particular element in mind. It is an experiment in self-energizing physicality. It takes an enormous amount of energy to make it a cohesive physical body, when the true nature of human being is a being as vast as the cosmos, having a human experience.
The method to make this self-energy is to have conflict. To do this, a warrior-like element is placed in the DNA of humanity. But it was proposed that eventually humanity should evolve beyond it; that it should become energized by inspiration. Which would put it in harmony with the Will of the Infinite. Instead, what happened is that humanity became more warrior-like, energizing itself through conflict.
This is the object: to evolve beyond conflict as a source of energy, to inspiration. To do that, a special way of looking at the world, a unique perspective, willing to be inspired by what we experience has to be put in place. And that is what the ceremony is about.

It’s possible to me, just even based on my own experience, that old programming had been stoked / perpetuated by the synthetic means; without interference from things such as psychiatric “treatments” and all the media tripe, I’m sure by now we would all be in this evolved state that is energised by inspiration rather than conflict… it all feels very David & Goliath.
