Just the God Merkaba?

The day before you start your daily God Merkaba (GM), do both the Resurrection Merkaba (RM) and then also the GM after that.† The following days, do only the GM daily. If one has multiple family members to protect, I’d do it every other day. If it’s just for yourself I’d do it at least twice a week.

For how long of a time period? For as long as you want to feel protected! If you take a few weeks break from doing any Merkaba, then start out again with a one time RM in preparation for resuming the daily GM.

- Note: in this sequence, you do first the Principles of High Magic (1-30), then the Resurrection Merkaba, and then the God Merkaba. This is the reverse of the original Resurrection Merkaba instructions, but it’s not yet clear whether we should really modify that at this time. ~Rogier

I’m doing the God Merkaba daily as I seem to function much better with this daily re-set of the G.Merkaba. I do the Res. Merkaba once a week.
This note is just about switching the order of what you start with. Now, on Day 1, we do the Res. Merkaba first then the God merkaba. Then on Day 2 we just do the God merkaba. And as needed through the week. Until, in the new week, then we start with the Res. merkaba first then the God merkaba. Then we continue with the God merkaba during the week as needed.
I have also found, in my area of Toronto, I need to do the Light explosions at night time as directed by Almine. Then, on weekend mornings, the birds alert me, as there is some kind of HAARP or EMF blasting disruptive energy waves and I have to do the Light Explosions about 21x or even more about 26x to disperse and clear those harmful energy blasts aimed at my neighbourhood.

This post is not clear to me so I will keep doing GM and then RM at beginning of week and then GM for rest of week and I use the additional wording at the end of my GM for my loved ones that we name. Thank you Rogier and Almine for these posts.
