Merkaba for Children and Babies

Do you know if we can use the Seer Almine’s suggestions about activating the Merkaba for kids and babies and their parents?

The Seer:
The Merkaba works the same for children and babies over 6 months old, and can be used as a protection for them against ill intent. But otherwise it is not necessary to use it for raising the consciousness of these pure ones before they are 8 years old.
