Nekver — The Nature of Addiction to Emotion
It is our emotions that create high points, and low points. It is our emotions that desire what is across the horizon; that keeps us driven in a specific direction. It is, in our opinion — might I add a flawed opinion — the wind in our sails that keeps us going; the desire to get to the end of our workday, to go home to have fun. But it is not so. We are not a ship sailing on an open ocean that has a destination to arrive at. We are, instead, the dolphin playing in the waves. There is no point of arrival, there is no place to go to. We have no need of emotion as the driving force of our life.
We are the Dolphins playing in the waves…..love it!
