That's the Freedom of Choice

If the Infinite fully embraces free choice for its individuations, does that mean the individuations actually write the script for the cosmic story and the Infinite just holds the space and potential?

The Seer:
The mirror — the individual — does not determine its own actions. But the individual either cooperates with the intent of the Source of the mirrored world and creates a quality of blessed grace and joyful adventure for him- or herself, or in the arrogance of his or her illusion, opposes it. This creates a quality of forced change and strife in the life of the individual.

That's the freedom of choice: how the individual responds to what is before him or her, that separates the master from the fool.
