With the Seer's recent message on the feminine ascension, I revisited her 2010 communication with certain star brothers from Orion. An ascent of frequency is technically a descension (of light), and so these beings address our judgment and bias in this regard. Now, this transmission was received when cosmic life was still in the deep stages of the Dream, and I couldn't say how an ascension of frequency translates to our current cosmic position. But if you consider this year's madness on the world stage, you might agree that light appears to be diminishing and that, "it seems as though life is becoming less conscious". "But", the Orion star brothers add, "that is only from the perspective of mind".

I speak now to our star brothers from Orion.
It is time for plain speaking. It is time to get some perspective. For that which you view as unthinkably bad, is good. And that which you view as good, is no better.
You shun with all your might cycles of descension, but there is much you do not understand.
The cycles of the Dream (12 in all, they are)… it seems as though life is becoming less conscious, but that is only from the perspective of mind.
The cycles of the Dream, as deeper and deeper you go, is, in fact, an ascension of frequency. When frequency and light, which should be inseparably one, separated as two, then it became that as light arose — which is what you prize, calling it "ascension" — so frequency went deeper and deeper into the Dream.
As the ascension cycles peaked, late in what you think of as your previous year, 2009, so the dream reached its depth also… which was its most intense magical place to be. The Ying and the Yang assemble, you know on Earth, shows you how the apex of the ascension has its apex of descension; but turn the paper around and you shall see that it is also the ascension of the frequency part — the Dream states. The apex of Dream states is its deepest cycles of what you have termed, "The Fall".
No need to worry about mind control when you activate these parts of yourself.
It is, in fact, the entry into the deepest levels of the psyche. Think of ascension as the highest level of the masculine psyche, and the Fall, the deepest levels of the feminine psyche. There is no up, there is no down; there is no low or high. Thus know this: as you bring the Ying and Yang together, it shall become so that none can control you, for the illusion of such things shall fall away. How is this done?
It is hidden in the words of the star races; the cleansing of the cycles, the unification of the Ying and the Yang; no one better or more enlightened than the other.
The word "enlightened" implies only that of the mind; there is no word for the ascension of the feminine, which has seemed like a descension.
Through the art, through the words we give you, multiple layers deep… great secrets lie, that will change you effortlessly. In our music also, you shall find yourself changing without knowing how.
The hidden kingdoms and the animal root races also hold these secrets and shall communicate to you, as you open up to them. Let it be so that the glorious unification of the Dream and the Awakening, the frequency and the light, can take place, peeling away the layers of illusion and revealing a pristine, new reality.
