Stimulating the Nutritional Frequency of Food

(As featured in The Sacred Breaths of Arasatma.)

Create a stack of the following wheels:

• At the bottom place The Clock of Spirit From the Hidden Realms.
• Next place The Lemurian Clock of the Depth of Living.
• Then using the 3 Wheels to Stimulate the Nutritional Frequencies of Food – place Wheel 3, followed by Wheel 2 and on top place Wheel 1.

Place the food on top of the stack of Wheels and Clocks and leave it there for at least 20 minutes. For repeated use you may want to laminate them.

Removing Radiation from Food

To remove radiation from food, place a 6th Wheel – The Clock of Light – on the bottom of the stack below The Clock of Spirit from the Hidden Realms. This is the only wheel to work on the physical level. The use of this wheel is especially recommended for seafood and sea vegetables.
