Options are one can do the entire protocol (all 5 levels) or, if necessary do part of the protocol.

Maintain consecutive order when starting and stopping. Begin a new session immediately following where you stopped your previous session, UPDATE: but always begin subsequent sessions at the beginning of the respective level.
