Two Ways to Increase Oxygen in Your Environment
The harm to the health of all creatures from the fivΡ gΡΡ satellites is two-fold:
- The harm to the metabolism from the rays themselves.
- But also the harm these mini-waves are causing in deteriorating the oxygen in the planetary atmosphere.
There are two ways to increase oxygen in your environment (do these by proxy for the planet):
Firstly, plants convert carbon dioxide to oxygen and should be encouraged in your home and garden.
Secondly, there are some ancient rocks that produce oxygen through photosynthesis. They are called stromatolites. Having them around the house and garden and communicating your gratitude to them for producing oxygen, can strengthen their gift to the planet's oxygen production through proxy magic.

Would also love to know… is it possible if OO's gain enough insight around the macro-cosmic goings-on that we can do as we've always done and extend time prior to calamity hitting so that there is more time to prepare, for OO's (and those among humanity who will listen) to be educated, grow food, etc? Or does the wrinkle in time preclude this old mechanism working properly anymore? Or is it simply not Infinite intent?
If there was any possible way we could ask Almine something at any point, I would love if it might be possible please to ask her about laser eye surgery for those of who need glasses? My partner is planning to get it because he feels in the event of societal collapse being dependant on glasses would be a serious handicap. I would have assumed doing anything that's essentially unnatural to the body was a bad idea and initially tried to talk him out of it, but he does make a very good point, and I'm actually considering it myself now. Would Almine suggest that we take practical routes to solve these sorts of issues now, since we haven't yet developed the power to completely regenerate things like eye tissue spiritually and in the meantime the clock it ticking?
I have had a similar question. Which I know one day I will have the answer too and overcome. My question is, what illusion does poor vision represent and how to overcome it altogether? I wear contacts and glasses myself. I can see clearly it is an illusion and no longer neccessary in my life. I would love an answer to this if anyone knows?
I can share an answer to how I don't depend on my glasses to see much anymore. There is a physical portion which is that eyes are muscles that need to be strengthened and used. It depends on the severity I would guess but I do believe you have the power if you want to use it. I had "poor" vision since childhood. I have since then slowly released my reliance on glasses. I do wear them on occasion mostly at night driving but I have successfully balanced my vision by purposefully not wearing my glasses. I can see exactly the same with glasses or without them, by working the muscles to challenge myself to see…I started by not wearing my glasses with simple things…cooking, taking a walk, sitting outside and trying to focus on objects, etc. The eyes do get stronger when you work them slowly but surely. Second is setting my intention that I see without seeing…I sense my environment and trust my senses inner and outer. It takes practice and commitment. But it can be reversed or at the least greatly improved. My own thoughts on why some of us don't see properly as Godbeings is that perhaps we have a difficult time seeing illusion as "real" and so its blurry or fuzzy…our world is illusion and we know this at our core level. I accept my vision at whatever level it is and just ignore it, and pretend I see great!π Just my thoughts. I don't know what our beloved Almine would say.
Beautifully said Anna. I will try this. I wear contacts mainly and glasses around my home. So, I will do this more often. Also your reasoning as to why we may have poor vision seems to be a perspective that makes sense. I have been meaning to look into this myself, going deep within with the assistance of my spirit guides but have not came to do it yet. Thank you for your perspective and your presence on the Earth. Thank you dear Anna, I know all of that and have been practicing it for years, but the reality is that with having to work on a computer for a great deal of the day, all of the work on the muscles is daily undone again, and here I'm speaking specifically of how our Beloved has outlined that we potentially have a very short window of time before the "sh*t hits the fan" so to speak, and ideally the eyes would already be sorted completely by then. In terms of physical vision, the short-sightedness is fairly significant and not so quickly or easily corrected with all the factors considered. I did step my glasses prescription down by a quarter increment last year to try to train the muscles in that way while still using the glasses as a temporary crutch, but it's ended up that I just need to sit closer to the computer to see what I'm doing, what is counter-intuitive. Unfortunately without the glasses at all, I genuinely can't actually see detail that I need to be able to see to navigate life. I keep them off as much as possible to train my eyes to focus without them, but they're a daily necessity for many tasks still currently. In my case, my eyesight was damaged by the radiation from old monitors when I originally started using computers as a child.
Then again if there is complete societal collapse I won't have to use computers anymore, so could potentially do it successfully fairly quickly then π

Again just if you're having to use the regular glasses for things like computer work daily it's very challenging because all the work keeps undoing itself. But if you don't have to work on computers I've heard people have had amazing success with the pinhole glasses even with quite poor vision.

We actually do have many tools for healing the illusions in relation to the eyes dear Kelshall. I have also used those for years, but the illusions reform again extremely fast due to belief systems unless you were able to take an extended break from using your eyes for stuff to really focus on this. Where you'd find those tools I couldn't say exactly, Anita Lucia Briggs I believe has the most extreme catalogue of all the assorted bits that have been strewn about the place.
Ciara, I did the laser eye surgery a few years ago. The problem is that the results are not lasting: the eyeball elongates again.
I've heard that dear Katja, apparently the newer methods from the last couple of years are significantly more effective than they were before, I don't know if that is true or not. Thank you so much for your feedback. I will send you a message.
Hi there, good question. Have you looked into natural supplements for ocular health? Also there are some really great frequency meditations for vision on youtube. Just be sure to muscle test the video for the corrupt emerald green light frequency. The sacred emerald light was hijacked, and those who came into contact with it were experiencing feelings of false happiness, bliss and elation. It was an energetic virus to keep people trapped inside a false light matrix of ignorance while the 'others' wreaked havoc upon this beautiful planet. It seems to have mostly cleared, but during the last two years crystals, some online videos (no matter the content) jewelry and even health foods etc. were largely infected. In other words, they were targeting the "good stuff." Hope this helps π

PS: I am in a similar situation, but with teeth. I really need to see a dentist but I am dubious about what they might be pumping into those block injections and amalgam jell for fillings…other than the usual a.i. tracking devices. I am currently investigating alternative ways to heal teeth.
