As too many of us are complacent and do not take serious the warnings and indicators of the coming collapseβΆ, we'll be sharing the Seer's expertise on getting prepared, in the coming weeks and months. ~Rogier
Overlooked Supplies
The Seer:
Some much overlooked supplies to keep on hand, are:
- Cornstarch. Uses (beside its culinary use to thicken gravies):
To apply to burns, to sprinkle in shoes to keep odor producing moisture dry, as baby powder in baby's diaper. - Bicarbonate of soda. Uses (besides being a raising agent in baking):
To deodorize flasks and bottles, to brush your teeth by dipping your toothbrush in it, deodorize smelly shoes. A teaspoonful in a glass of water is a good antacid. Wear the same pair of shoes every other day to let them air out in between. Laundry anti-static sheets stuffed in shoes overnight, also absorbs odor. - Extra sea salt. Always use sea salt. It's much healthier and you need to use less to salt your food. Uses:
A teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water can effectively treat sore throats when you gargle with it. Soaking in saltwater (don't get it in your hair) helps remove density. A little pot of salt n the corners of your room or sprinkled around the room or on window sills, repels ghosts, poltergeists, etc. Combined with cleaning vinegar, it can be poured down drains to unblock and deodorize them.
The book, How to Raise an Exceptional Child, has many home remedies and as well as what to have in your medicine cupboard.

Thank you very much for bringing this subject, I think it's a very sound idea for us to all explore it together! I've been thinking about things like shoes: do we need to stock up on extra pairs of shoes or other clothing that might be unobtainable for a while?

When I think of what might be…..I get very overwhelmed. The above post makes me focus on the details of preparations and I feel so much better for it. My utmost gratitude for these guidelines Almine .

I really appreciate this topic being pushed. It really sparks me and I have been experiencing distractions and resistance to being prepared, this message has pulled me out of that distracted state thank you π I have been thinking about the high high possibility of crude oils depletion in the next two years, being aware of this is a gamechanger. On a side note I feel like I am at an advantage having the goal of being virtually entirely fruit / raw based. The thought of maintaining a lifestyle with cooked food and making foods from scratch looks incredibly over complicated to me, I hope our trees can keep growing through these times so that the supply of fruits can keep growing.

That picture is so beautiful! Definitely giving me ideas. π Interesting, on the items she mentions, I always have those and do use them for much of what Almine suggests…well except I have not used salt in years for ghosts. Thanks for the reminder! LPGSTH

Thank You Almine.
I have been postponing getting myself to this, but had a date in mind which is January to get onto this and prepare myself, and I could feel I should skip it another few months. Thank You for preparing us in this!
